Newport Resource Management, Inc. (“NRM”) was founded in 1975 with a purpose to empower clients to maximize the value of their real estate. Initial residential projects soon were followed by efforts that created state procedures for public private joint venture projects. During the 1980s, NRM focused on utilizing real estate as an alternative funding mechanism for the public sector representing state agencies and numerous school districts.

As NRM became recognized as a trusted real estate advisor, the firm expanded its service offerings and professional team to support its purpose and work alongside clients from initial visioning through ongoing property management.
